WordPress Blog Integration
Blogging is a great way to engage with your clients and candidates. It’s also really easy to add news articles, thoughts or links to other sites or articles you think your audience will appreciate.
Blogging is also great for your search engine optimisation – as long as you target the right keywords and topics!
We can add the world-leading blogging software, WordPress, to your website and show you how to use it.
Our blogs are fully branded to match the rest of your website, with job search options and latest/hot jobs listed down the side to catch the eyeballs of visitors to your blog.
Your blog posts can also be re-used when it comes to sending out email newsletters.
Reporting & Statistics
At the heart of FXRecruiter’s philosophy lies Return on Investment (ROI).
We strongly feel that successful customers come back, and also refer us to other customers.
We build websites that work hard and pay for themselves very quickly.
To help you measure your ROI, coupled with Google Analytics, our reporting system provides comprehensive reports on every aspect of your website’s performance:
- Jobs Posted by Consultants to Measure Productivity
- Job Views versus Applications to Measure Conversion Rate
- Applications Received – filtered by Consultant or by Job
- Registrations Received
- Email Alerts Sent
- Traffic Sources – e.g. Google or Indeed
- Keywords Used
Any report can by sorted, filtered by date range and keywords and exported to Excel for further number-crunching.
Live Salary Survey
The Live Salary Survey is constantly being updated based on salaries entered by your candidates when they apply, and by salaries entered by recruiters when new jobs are added.
The Live Salary Survey can be administered so that incorrect data can easily be removed.

Google Jobs Map
Technically referred to as a “mashup”, our Google Jobs Map displays flags where you have jobs.
Candidates can search the map using the same search filters they use for your normal job search, and can then see where the jobs are located.
Sector or Location ‘Landing’ Pages
Pages listing jobs by location or by sector are useful pages for targeted advertising and are often called ‘landing pages’.
With FXRecruiter, you can create targeted landing pages out of any collection of jobs – by sector, location, job type, salary banding or even create employer microsites.
Modular Architecture
Unlike many recruitment website systems, FXRecruiter is not template-based.
This means we will not restrict how your website is laid out: we provide total design flexibility.
FXRecruiter can plug in to existing website designs. You can choose which modules you need now, and add further modules as your needs change.
The core modules are:
- FXRecruiter JobsManager
- FXRecruiter CandidateManager
- FXRecruiter ContentManager
- FXRecruiter FeedManager
- FXRecruiter Broadbean Connector
- FXRecruiter Idibu Connector
- FXRecruiter Database Connector
Employer Branded Microsites
If you are a recruitment company and wish to showcase specific clients, then clients can have their own branded or co-branded microsite.
This can provide details of their background history and company ethos, along with links to all their jobs.
If you are an employer, we can plug a microsite into your website, adding in the necessary functionality to advertise your jobs and process applications through various channels: your website, email alerts, Twitter, Facebook, Indeed, Trovit and many others.
Email Marketing for Recruiters
Cost Effective, Targeted Marketing.
Email is a great way to stay in touch with candidates and clients: it is instant, cost-effective and useful to remind people to come back to your site and to also update them with industry news, changes in your organisation, and of course to highlight new candidates and jobs.
The FXRecruiter Job Board has a built-in email alerts system allowing candidates to be informed as soon as jobs matching their needs are posted on the site. This is fully automated. Read more here.
We can also run email marketing campaigns on your behalf: all we need is your mailing list and your content and we will do the rest, including:
- Setting up Email Templates
- Managing your Mailing List
- Adding Subscribe Forms to your Website
- Testing and Avoiding Spam Filters
- Copywriting
- Creating and Broadcasting your Newsletter
- Reporting on Open Rates and Click Through Rates
- Processing Unsubscribes and Bounces
Add a blog to your website and this can be used to add news to your site prior to sending out a newsletter containing headlines and highlights. This is great for SEO and makes the process of creating your newsletter a lot simpler.

“Having met Reverse Delta in 2007 when they presented to a group of MDs on the subject of “How to Improve Traffic Flows to Your Company Website”, I asked them to come and give us some consultancy and train up Devonshire’s internal marketing team. The results were excellent and led to a 300% rise in candidate traffic to our websites. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave as someone with an impartial and expert eye who can guide a company in how to maximise the effectiveness of its web presence.”

LinkedIn allows you to have a company profile page, where your clients and candidates can learn more about your company and connect with you. Your blog can feed news straight to your LinkedIn page.
The FXRecruiter Job Board has built in RSS feeds, as do WordPress blogs. RSS feeds allow you to share your jobs and news with an RSS reader, Twitter, Facebook or any other service that understands RSS.
Candidates can choose to receive job alerts as ‘tweets’ as well as by email. Your jobs can be posted live on Twitter using your RSS feed. We can also submit more details to TwitterJobSearch.
Facebook pages allow you to engage with prospective candidates using this increasingly popular social network. FaceBook’s RSS applications mean you can post your jobs to your FaceBook page.
