Jobs can be automatically 'fed' to major job search engines ensuring your jobs get maximum reach (Indeed, Trovit, Workhound, SimplyHired, Google Base, Twitter, LinkedIn Groups). Also standard RSS feeds can be used to post to many other places on the web. Have your hot jobs and latest jobs appear on your homepage or on the sidebar of your main pages to give them prominent position. Hot jobs can also be made to appear at the top of searches, helping you to place the most important jobs more quickly. You can offer both basic (e.g. keyword) search and a more advanced search form on your site. This is again, totally customised to meet your needs.

FXRecruiter's search relevancy algorithms will always try and find a job that is an exact match for the candidate's search, or will otherwise find the closest matches. If no close matches are found, then candidates are encouraged to save the search so they can be alerted by email as soon as a matching job becomes available. Candidates can also subscribe to an RSS feed of a search if they use RSS readers on their PC, Mac or mobile phone. Any job searches can be saved by registered candidates so that the next time they visit the site, you can present them with jobs that match their criteria. When new jobs are posted, FXRecruiter automatically emails them to candidates it knows will be interested in them.
